Here is my "throwback Thursday" picture for this week. It is in "quotes" because it is not really a throwback. It is Carter in his Halloween costume this year. He picked it out all by himself!

Throwback Thursday!
So here we are at another Thursday, and here is the 2nd set of Halloween pictures of Carter. We couldn't decide what costume to put him in his 2nd Halloween so we tried a few out before we picked one.
The Boxer

The Tiger (wonder why we didn't pick this one?)

Carter couldn't let go of his pumpkin costume from the year before but the hat is the only part that fit, couldn't go with that one!

And a Lion

And the winner was...

The lion! What a group don't you think!!
Stay tuned for next week, Halloween Eve and the picture of this year's Halloween costume (it won't be a throwback but that's ok!)

Lady Visa and Master Card
Yesterday we traveled to the Renaissance Festival with Emily, Matt, and Jack. It was a brisk Fall day, but we had fun.
Carter enjoyed the corn on the cob (he ate 2 of them!)

Getting his face painted with a blue dragon!

Swinging in the hammock

Running through the maze

(Sorry the video is sideways I was holding my camera vertical (stupid I know) but it is really funny!)
And riding on the elephant!

PS: About the title: I saw this sign in all the shops and thought it was funny!
The Great Frederick Pumpkin Patch
Two weekends ago we met my sister in Mt. Airy to go to the Great Frederick Pumpkin Patch. It is not really a pumpkin patch but it was a park that was set up with a pumpkin patch, pony rides, train rides, moon bounces, and a trick or treat trail. Kids could wear their costumes and go trick or treating. It was about 85 degrees that day so we went in shorts and t-shirts, but still had fun anyway.
Apple Picking and Pumpkin Patching
This has been the Fall of apple picking for Carter. He has now been apple picking 3 times at Larriland Farm! He is definitely a pro! The first time he went with daycare, the second time we went on Rosh Hashanah with Amy, Brandy, Dylan, and Emily.
Remembering the Summer!
