9 Months Old!

My happy little girl is 9 months old today!!

We have no real big news to report this month. She has gotten her second tooth on the bottom and has been ear infection free for over a month! She has really gotten into standing on her own and playing as well as turning pages in books.

We did go to the doctor this month so here are her stats...

20 lbs. 2 oz - 75%

30 inches - 90%

No scheduled shots this month but she did have her 2nd H1N1 shot and got her blood taken to test iron levels (which were fine!)

The Catch a Mess Mat

I bought this probably the day I first fed Sophia rice cereal (what am I a first time mom that registers for backless boosters that my child won't use until they are 8?!?!) and so now 4 months later I put it down, when I started to give her little finger foods (carrots, green beans, bananas, cut up and very soft of course!!) I didn't have one with Carter and since we don't have a dog to eat the droppings of a baby I thought this would be easier to clean than cleaning the actual floor everytime something got dropped and stuck to the floor. It's pretty cute I think!

The Science Center (again!)

I know what you may be thinking, "They always go to the science center!". This is true. It is a great deal for me (only paying for Carter and parking) and I don't think we could ever get bored here! (even doing the same things over and over again!) This time we went with a friend from school Aidan K and his mom and brothers. We were there for over 4 hours and my kids were great!!! Here is what we did...
